State of the Game

Liberia, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Palau, The Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, then yes it makes sense.
If I didn't knew it's for real, I could think that those are imaginary countries from some open world game.
I mean, with the exception of Bahamas, I don't remember any mentions of any of them in mainstream media.

And maybe it's because I am not following mainstream media?

THE HEAT... brain is melting.

For the rest of the world, 102° means you are slightly above boiling water temperature.

Bonus point is you can place at least half of those countries on a map :D
I can place the USA on a map, and that's all that matters.

F is for FREEDOM!

Note:
I may have lived here too long

Liberia is an African tax-haven, famous for being a go-to for shipping registrations and for having a flag close enough to the stars and stripes that it frequently confuses 'Muricans

Liberia is a former USA colony founded by freed slaves who wanted to get back to their ancestors land. It is named that way because of that, and have a similar flag to the US. Cayman Islands are known for their "banking system". They have more banks than inhabitants I remember reading.
The rest I'm not sure.
it's not about all the countries who are doing temps wrong with celcius now. but about how much more things would make sense if they didn't.

the range of too cold and too hot in celcius is like 20 degrees. the rest of the scale is wasted for talking about atmo/room temp.

f has about 60 degrees to describe the same range.

wake up. you're using a crappier scale
Yes, because we took easy value for common temperature, like water freezing is 0, and boiling is 100°. In normal pressure condition.
What's the temperature for both in Farenheit ? :D

what's the temperature iron melting in celcius?

an arbitrary element's freezing and boiling temp doesn't make your scale make any sense when talking about the temperature range people feel comfortable in.

f gives a more convenient way to express such temperatures and an intuitive upper limit by coinciding with 100. it's not designed to match up to the whims of water.

Your body is composed of roughly 60% of water. I wouldn't call it "arbitrary" :)
