Because I can't have a sea lion, priarie dog or skunk in a european pack?I don’t really want to get back into it, but why do you want the NA pack to be NA specific but the Europe pack to be species with a broad distribution outside Europe?

So you’d like animals that are found across Eurasia, or even more broadly, across boreal habitats?Because I can't have a sea lion, priarie dog or skunk in a european pack? Not my fault that a lot of european animals that are highly rpresented here are settlers and refugees and most NA animals are not.
If they are commonly found in europe, yesSo you’d like animals that are found across Eurasia, or even more broadly, across boreal habitats?
Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I don't know why I'm obviously hard to understand on this topic, but I sign this sentence. If they are commonly found in europe, yes

I refer you to my earlier answer, and now I play the Africa pack!If we are using Random Goat's example: 4+1 pack with Iberian lynx, Alpine ibex, Red deer, European badger and Fire Salamander
That's just an Europe Pack, especially if you consider building pieces for a pack.
have fun!I refer you to my earlier answer, and now I play the Africa pack!
Personal opinions are what they are - no wrong answers there. I don't think Europe isn't worth it or anything, though. For me it's just that the European animals I want to see the most are more specific to Europe itself (with exception to the red fox). A walkthrough fallow deer habitat would be awesome, the Iberian lynx is a conservation icon, the Alpine ibex is just iconic for what it is, and with exhibit animals the one I always go to is the scheltopusik/European legless lizard, both because it's as close to a snake as New Zealand is allowed so I'm fairly familiar with it, and also because it's just such a weird, unique creature.Don't want to derail the topic here, but I don't agree on that being better. To me it isn't important if any european animal is also found on another continent, as long as it is very common in europe. I'd rather have NA reserved for animals that are more NA specific. Racoons, sea lions, you name it.
That's a totally different approach than force-merging europe with another continent. It's not downplaying europes fauna or ignoring the fact that europe (including my home country) has a very rich zoo history. That's totally fine with me and doesn't make you a candidate for my ignore listPersonal opinions are what they are - no wrong answers there. I don't think Europe isn't worth it or anything, though. Other animals, like the wolverine, I could see in a North American DLC or something, so it isn't as important in my eyes when talking about specifically Europe.
Not my personal choices for a NA pack, but if it's true (hoping it's not, although the animals themselves I like), then so be it. Louisiana, here we comeYea, there you go, read at your own risk:

In this thread, at least, I’ve been the one talking about a Eurasia pack, rather than a Europe-only pack. I don’t think the conversation is really heading anywhere very productive but, if this comment was directed towards me (disregard this comment if it wasn’t) I feel I need to defend myself a little, so,…What really Comes of as annoying is the pure disregard of both the importance of european represenration and the blatantly false facts about "eurasia" and that "all european animals also live in asia so they dont deserve their own dlc" talk,…
My question is, why does that matter? Particularly as one could argue that assigning those species to Europe means more species left over to assign to Asia or North America. Many of the suggestion lists for animals for a Europe pack, however, largely consist of species mostly found outside of Europe.
