pretty much every ED streamer I follow has now moved on to streaming Star Citizen. Ironically, the only one who still does stream ED consistently, is Yamiks :).
Am I surprised? not really! FDev moved on so why shouldn't they?

I can just imagine the phone call between Chris Roberts and David Braben :)

Chris: "Hey man, I just wanted to say thank you. We made millions since Odyssey released"
David: "You're welcome"

Just for s im thinking of moving to sc myself. Its the price of a crate of belgian triple beer whats to lose, im disappointed anyway cant get any worse.

Personally me google "elite dangerous" if I want to see some vids. I don't care who streams it. In worse case I will watch nothing this moment.
Because I don't care their "revenue streams" and "content" I don't know those people and never met.

I'm still streaming Elite Dangerous. :)

Still indeed to keep doing so for the time being, though I may switch to other games if stability doesn't improve. I'm sure EDO will eventually get better, but we may have to give it some time.

I found a coupon and bought a pledge ship.

It's VERY buggy, guys. Like, Elite HAS bugs. SC IS BUGS.

I'm going to soldier on with it, because there is definitely some fun to be had. However, a lot of that fun is in shenanigans and not the game proper. Example- I put a box down inside my ship (awesome). It explodes out of the roof and destroys the vessel (and myself). I walk down a ramp holding a box (death). Tried to jump to a spot on a planet (went through the planet and destroyed the ship upon hitting the other side from the inside). Walked off a train and nothing had loaded in, so I just fell to my death. Also, SC has lost my pledge ship so I've had to rent a different one for all these shenanigans.

These aren't the exceptions either. That's been the full experience so far! :D

Actually, that's funny. Reminds me of the explosive body in Cyberpunk, when you tried to drop someone unconscious on the floor, and your character went "HULK, SMASH", and suddenly blood everywhere.
Apparently it was fixed in the last patch.

There is something to take into account though. What SC want to do is bigger than ED today. So we should wait until we have cities, 0g fight, full atmo world and ship interior to make a valid comparison.

Right now, they say it's alpha and they don't lie. It is. ED:O say it's released, but it's not. It's beta.

Oh ok. I don't play SC. I'm a backer I could, but hey 🤷‍♂️. I was originally waiting for release.
Anyway, if you have stopped laughing at me, I don't know on which planet he went, some industrial place. But it looked good. Even with the bug he mentioned and showed (even though, to be fair, odyssey also have the standing on chair NPC at times).

What's special about microtech ?
