Fun fact of the day: water, in normal celtic languages is uisce (irish) / uisge (scottish gaelic), hence the anglicised whiskey/whisky. It's actually a shortening of the proper term for the spirit, since they were actually called "water of life" (ex: uisce beatha in irish), which is common to other languages/cultures (ex: eau de vie in french).
Then there are the celtic weirdos, but we don't like talking about them. Like, in welsh, water is dŵr. If there's a god, clearly they created the welsh before vowels.

that just seems unlikely. no. It seems way too simplistic and stupid and intentionally minimal effort handwavium.

It makes way more sense that the sector blocked in the rift (bovomit) is the staging ground for this mysterious fleet of scary ships responsible for the formadine rift coverup.

Long's I don't have to do the butterfly nets. Because I remember only too well where they ended up the last time we tried that maneuver!

I couldn't walk normal for weeks.
