A lot of change at the top! You have until the 22nd!

Opened the mission board instead of commodities, did a loop of shame while shaking off pirate pursuit, got a landing pad at the back of the station despite cancelling/re-requesting, wasted time in a white dwarf cone I probably didn't need to scoop ... came VERY close to just giving up on this Hauler run but it turned out to be a personal best - go figure!

New regulation run submitted. That might be my last or I might just be able to squeeze in one more run tomorrow morning before I leave for a long weekend.

This has been an absolute blast. Massive thanks to @psykit and @Kaytianna for organising and congratulations to the eventual winners.

P.S. I have a little video for this that I'll post here once the race is over.

I tried to do a couple of runs yesterday, but I didn't manage to get an improvement on my time because of small mistakes here and there. I hurt my wrist while bouldering last night and I'm not sure whether I'm going to be able to get another attempt in before the race closes, but I'll have a go...

At this rate it's gonna come down to macros for buying/selling booze quickly!
Let's hope not :)

My last two rounds for this one, finally got around with a mostly clean Hauler run in the Subaru Baracca (but I can swear ATCs know what we are up to and troll us on purpose...pad 16, pad 1, pad 16, pad 29, pad 34, pad 1, pad 1, pad 34-GAAAAAAHHH!!!)...

...and, saw people having too much fun in their fancy DBXs, so I got curious to see what this was all about. Eh, it was fun.

Submitting a last entry, "Bucket of Bolts", Diamondback Explorer, Unlimited Class.

Have fun these next couple days you all!

Drop locations have more or less never been a problem for me since the hologram orientation has been aligned to drop out, but pad assignment, that's beyond simple statistics, it's not possible to get 16, 1 and 34 so consistently, 12-13-36 almost only after repeated requests, 42 and 43 on every leap year, and 27 only on the 32th of the month. 😅

If it's a hauler, anything at the front of the station (12, 1, 31, 21, 36)

If it's a dbx, something in the 2nd row (12, 36 ok)

Not a great approach at Mansfield Orbiter and they refused to give me another pad but 4 but I finally managed to improve on my first run (ever so slightly).
For preferred pads (Hauler) I'd take 16 every time if I could.
