Did you ever play the post in games?
We played one at school where you could choose some moves then sent them off in the post - A week later we got a response and then carried on.
Much time was devoted to the build up to 'send off day' and it dominated all lessons and lunchtime.
Whip round for the stamp then the anxious wait to see if we'd managed to mess it up.

No, my earliest memory of gaming was the Hobbit and Sabre Wulf on a 48K Spectrum. The former gre boring almost immediately to my seven year old mind, while the latter was much more entertaining.

I felt it needed addressing. After all, we're all friends here now.

Let's just be thankful Brother Erei's not Welsh. Otherwise we'd be here all day ... talking about Welsh stuff.

I forgot to mention that we have started up an ad-hoc religion in here, in the faith of Lord Brebus and his Holy Roadmap and Combover. There hath been much rejoicing in the sequential updates of truth, provided by the remainder of the holy trinity, GRINDalf, and RNGesus.

Just don't ask Ender about it though, he seems against the Lord Brebus, because he's a bell.

I was beginning to wonder why everyone was called brother but I was afraid to ask why. Sadly my devotion to the church of Joe Pesci prevents me from being a part of your not a cult.
