As I understood, PO is geostationary.

It is, or was not even in orbit.

Right now in 3.14 its where its been for all of its 6 year life, about 40,000 KM off Crusader, so not affected by its gravity.

That screenshoot looks like its around ~3,000 KM, that's in orbit, don't know it its geosynchronous, but all other stations around the other 3 planets are.

I thought you meant it was moving in the screenshot!
 
@Factabulous if you fly into orbit around any planet it takes you with it in rotation, the closer you get the higher the gravity, there is a point in which you are weightless in EVA but still move with the planet.

Same with atmospherics, the air gets thicker creating more drag on the ship the further down you go, the flight model changes gradually the closer to the surface you go.

Its also audible.
