Careful, remember the crew are professionals they might consider that you don't deserve any more respect than some rich star of reality TV that has bought themselves a position they haven't earned.Another tweak is needed for carriers.
The crew need to acknowledge who their CMDR is and not just treat them as another generic pilot. I'm your boss and I own this rig you're on dammit!

Just give us a trade interface already...OMG OMG OMG!
Please let us drop items in Fleet Carrier social spaces, so that I don't need to meet friends on planet surfaces when I want to give them weapon components or Smear Campaigns.
Please can I design my own pub for my carrier? Not a bar. A pub. And a kebab shop.
All lovely stuff. How's Power Play in open coming along.
Perhaps the New SRV, and possibly new ships etc. are Odyssey only... the only EDO content being ported to Horizons that has been mentioned id the planetary tech, although atmospherics remain EDO only. Not impossible that much of the new content being introduced into EDO remains exclusive, it happened with Horizons.I do not want to play Odyssey.
- I would like the new SRV.
- I’d quite like some new ships and whatever else they subsequently decide to build on top of EDO.
I've seen this sentiment repeated ad nausium in this thread, and yet in the very same thread where David shared the indefinite postponement of console launches:-the clear message was, to bring elite in a vital and stable place, after this the consoles will take a recourse. There was no mentioning in any way (dev dairies or statements) that the would adding more content before fixing the game)
Ultimately, we believe it is right to focus our efforts on the core Elite Dangerous Odyssey experience for the platforms that we have released on, before opening up to more. We know that the work that we do to improve players’ experiences of Elite Dangerous Odyssey on PC will benefit other platforms in the future, but the dates and details of the console platforms are going to change. We do not want to rush into confirming any dates or changes this has on our console release, as we must remain fully focused on the core Elite experience. Only when we feel that the foundation of the PC release is solid, will we be able to re-lay our console roadmap on top.
So what does this actually mean for Elite Dangerous and Elite Dangerous Odyssey?
It means that we will see more game updates over the coming months. We will continue to work through Issue Tracker, fix bugs and improve performance, but we will also be able to explore and add additional features, content and improvements into the game.
Amazing it feels so alive with emotes, Great job and thanks Fdev TeamI've seen this sentiment repeated ad nausium in this thread, and yet in the very same thread where David shared the indefinite postponement of console launches:
... he said this a few paragraphs later:
Rightly or wrongly, he said exactly what you and others have said he didn't. No broken promises here.
If I were a console player I think I'd be frustrated, but ultimately this decision makes sense: it's not detracting from the work necessary for a console release, and the people who have paid for the DLC don't have to face a complete dearth of any new content while they walk that long road.
Yeah I think you're going to be dissapointed there, stations are also kms long - way bigger than carriers. So please, do not do FCs' interior "small". We all know they are huge ships and 3,2 km. long.
So please...
Four-Player Multicrew
As mentioned in Development Update 3, we are pleased to confirm that the following ships will all receive an extra seat to enable four Commanders to board them: Anaconda, Beluga Liner, Federal Corvette, Imperial Cutter, Type 9, Type 10, and the Alliance Crusader.
I play on both console and PC so I have a bit of perspective here.I've seen this sentiment repeated ad nausium in this thread, and yet in the very same thread where David shared the indefinite postponement of console launches:

To FDev, it's choring time...pitter patter!Take about 10% off there, Squirrelly Ronzer.
You're exactly right. They can't give us console players any sort of update because they are literally doing nothing more for consoles. Oh sure, a few QOL updates (fixing typos, set limit Bookmarks <=200, whatever), but ultimately the sooner we console players realize that we are no longer part of the FDEV community, the better. Their focus is PC right now and we should accept that. So, no more complaints from me. As a console player, I know where I stand in their view.I've seen this sentiment repeated ad nausium in this thread, and yet in the very same thread where David shared the indefinite postponement of console launches:
