I actually though they could have spun the stream yesterday as being Dev update 6 (as it had a dev, and was an update). Missed opportunity there. Then they could spin Arfs thing as an early Dev update 7 and everyone would have been happy* :)

* well, apart from the ones who are never happy - but they are never happy ;)

Then I sure hope update 9 isn't going to screw up anything major, or we're stuck with a broken game for months again.
Game is working again after 8 months, keep update 9.

Are you talking about dev updates or game updates aka patches? I think Frontier have planned for the possibility of a hotfix between Update 9 and Christmas.

I was asking about Dev updates, but given the fact there are no updates, I assumed there is no development either, so dumping game update 9 and going on holiday would be bad news, imo. But if they are still patching after; (y)
