I think... I think I'm back.
I've signed up with BT but they won't be installing my full fibre until next week so I've been given a "hybrid conneect" connection. It's a bit clunky but I was just able to download the latest patch and check my carrier balance.

I decided to swallow the poison pill known as Odyssey. I like it a lot so far - have eliminated a couple of scavengers, booted up a couple of settlements and leveled up to Rookie on ground combat. This is loads of fun, really. Should probably just jump back into the Krait and go continue the fleet carrier funding grind, though.

Zero. This is for acquiring the carrier, now at 3,7 billion.

I've been doing some testing, with the help of RJ, on both fuel gauge usage in my Hauler. I just couldn't accept what appeared to be the high rate of fuel usage in Normal Space when stationary at Normal Speed, and minimum speed (30Km/sec) in SuperCruise Speed. With that resolved (it's all in order, it's me that's the problem
) I've tried to sought out appropriate names for the fuel gauges and there associated fuel tanks.. My suggestion:The Thick Yellow Line: The Main Tank.
The Thin Yellow Line: The Active Reservoir.
Why? It's what the ED manual uses (page 33).

Its funny how I've never seen the main tank segmented like the manual shows. Yes, I won't deny it, I don't like it either. (ie. the Active Reservoir
). But by using the Manual names it reduces confusion.And that was my problem: I got confused by all the different names we were calling them. Sometimes describing each of them by the same name !
Hence my post ......
Not all ships look that way, but many of mine do...I'll have to check each one now to see, lol.

I think it's a matter of tank size. So I'm pretty sure you've seen it - in your first ship at least.
Yep, it's the tank size, try a fuel tank < 16T (c4?).
