State of the Game

Did someone say 1999?

l love the Eagle, one of my all time favourite ship designs. If you look at it I don’t think it would be unrealistic that the design couldn’t become reality, maybe Elon might do something similar when he starts to colonise the moon.

i imagine most ships in the forseeable future that land on places like the moon and such will have to land in a way that has their primary engine facing the gravity well. Unless we advance propulsion tech significantly via some other means than chemical rockets for high acceleration needs.

So i'd expect lunar landing type things and rocket shaped things for a long time. Space ships could only be designed in an interesting way if they are non-lander types.

Or Derwentwater.

That is a very useful place to know about, thanks mate. I wonder if I can mention the place in the Shetland Islands, called ?

Any rumour that my heart rate dipped into the '40s and I nearly collapsed after getting two jabs is a disgusting lie.

You big softlad.

Did they have any battered biscuits to perk you up, or any perky staff?

With the moons gravity only being 1/6 of the earths I should imagine that liftoff could be accomplished with thrusters rather than the main engine, but I’m no scientist so probably wrong. Mars on the other hand I would agree with you.
