He was DOA. Not sure what had gone on but I arrived just before the scavs did. I'm such a Lando.Colonia. The 26,000ls to the station is the least of my problems
Were you to blame for his location?

Just wanted to refer you to the CG thread - but then I saw you found it yourself.Wait, wait, wait... a community goal? That I can actually participate in?
Sounds like it's time for a full cargo barge refit
Edit: or not, there's really none of those commodities left already
It will be noisy, the scav's will come running... Run and hide at heightJust picked up a G3 Executioner (no mods). Be interesting to see how it stacks up against my G4 Intimidator (again, no mods). I've always favoured a ranged approach in my fighting so maybe it will do nicely - at least the mats are fairly easy to get to make it a G4. We'll see!
Hmm. I always find scavs like to throw granades at me when I'm on the rooftops. Must be my suave elan and alluring visage...It will be noisy, the scav's will come running... Run and hide at height

Thing is, I can get out of a station faster than the AI. I'm around them and gone while they're lining up on the slot.I always use a DC. I can dock easily enough, but I like to flit around a bit, looking at the gal and sysmap etc. while my ship takes care of business.
Note: once the DC is engaged you can already plot your next destination. Very good when humping back and forth to your carrier (in another system).I always use a DC. I can dock easily enough, but I like to flit around a bit, looking at the gal and sysmap etc. while my ship takes care of business.

Yep yep. Do this all the time. In the name of efficiency.Note: once the DC is engaged you can already plot your next destination. Very good when humping back and forth to your carrier (in another system).
Boost boost booost, no boost no go! My IC is pending for the EPT upgrade... getting out of the slot in 800+m/s is hmmmm, yumyumThing is, I can get out of a station faster than the AI. I'm around them and gone while they're lining up on the slot.

I always explain that too myself as being fallout from the AI troubles they had before my time, it was decided that Docking Computers would be Babbage engines as a bunch of cams and gears was unlikely to be able to reprogrammed itself for world domination.Thing is, I can get out of a station faster than the AI. But for actual docking, especially planetary... the pad is always at a weird angle, and as a human I can't tell when I'm 200m above it, so I have to come in like a runway. The DC just drops me down vertically. That was quite a time saver... but I also begrudge giving it a slot! Wish the whole kaboodle was just an upgrade to the ship's computer, one off payment, not a module.
As long as you can dodge round the T9 and Beluga that collided in the slot just as you hit boost.Boost boost booost, no boost no go! My IC is pending for the EPT upgrade... getting out of the slot in 800+m/s is hmmmm, yumyum
