Click on Zende faction. There are at least 5 people support it. That you can see on plot. You pushed Zende down, then those people pushed Zende up. You just fight another players there. Simple.
Also those players may play Ody which has far more settlements in system then you in Horizons. So more opportunities.

but zende is not a player faction. they are part of BGS. any interaction with the station beneficent the controlling faction they are just 5 random cmdrs that pass though the area and they could also be us cause we do (try) use the system.

the big problem is i can not prove it cause some one at ED deleted the forum post that had stated this fact. they are covering up there own error and sticking it to us.

It doesn't just make them appear nonhostile on the radar. It doesn't trigger any of the things that normally happen when an NPC attacks anyone.

It doesn't make them wanted if the target is clean and has crimes on. It doesn't summon authority ships. It doesn't provoke a response from other NPCs.

Seriously. NPC miners that come under attack from NPC pirates will ignore them entirely. Check out this dude happily mining away as they chew him to pieces.

the system is Wregoe XQ-L c21-29 which is use in the ED lore. all lore systems are BGS locked so u think u have all the answers tell me how we are to take over the system and make it ours. i am waiting....

There are long range passenger missions, fail a few for Zende Partners. Kill Zende Partners ships (Security and Trade), raid Settlements and Odyssey Settlements owned by Zende Partners and go to Zende which we own (Sacra Oculus) to pay off any bounties or fines by Zende Partners. Their security state will be rubbish in Wregoe XQ-L c21-29 except as you quite rightly say, the system may be protected, but not totally. Sacra Oculus cannot take the Ferry in Zende (High Tech and owned by Zende Partners) even though we were in charge of the system because Frontier God Moded and gave the Ferry to Zende Partners and BGS locked it. It is only the Ferry which is BGS locked and maybe not the Megaships but I would need confirmation they are locked. Wregoe XQ-L c21-29 may not be BGS locked and that means the System may be flipped. So what? This faction IS SUPPORTED by 5 players. They make it happy for fun.
So what you have there - is bgs pvp vs other people. They don't allow you to swap control. And they resist you.

not sure were u are getting these passenger mission from cause there are no mission at seeker's rest at all. the main station in the system.

which is part of the problem. this is why the system it self seams to be buggy and needs to be fixed by the FDEVs which is why we issued a bug report in the first place only to get so sad to bad for us as well.

So you can start sabotage other faction - pirate raid, rob their settlements etc. Once scales move you will get something from there. Maybe war for ground vilage.
If you don't play Ody ...well, bad for you.

And yes, "no missions" may happen. That is not a bug, it is BGS state. Many remote systems does not have missions there, because everything is stable.

To all others interested in helping us out:
BNE group was founded in 2020 with the goal to make deep mapping pockets of NSP around Banana Nebula and subsequently in other locations. So far we mapped over 7500+ NSP sites at 7 different locations. We are an active group with seasonal events, a website (of sorts) https://banananebulaexpedition.online/ and one of the friendlier player bases. As of 2021 notion was brought forward to our leadership that having a home system would go a long way. We tried to lobby Frontier to put a small human research settlement in Banana Nebula but met with no success, obviously since that would mean devs actually need to do something for their community. Therefore we proceeded to start a normal player faction. This didn't go well.

Current situation:
FDevs placed out player faction into the BGS LOCKED system (against their own policy of NOT placing PG into BGS lore systems) and are unwilling to fix their own mistake. Our group of 200+ Cmdr's took a severe hit with their botched Oddysey release and now we losing people due to this fiasco.
As for the response from Devs and Support teams, we wither being told to 'take a hike' or we are being ghosted by support staff entirely. Seems like always frontier showing they will go out of their way to take a dump on player efforts and on people who support their game through community effort and god forbid trying to have some fun.
We made all efforts to resolve this and find a solution however it seems now that Frontier as usual does not care. We have even been told to make a new faction and squadron despite the fact that our player faction is REGISTERED in elite and the names are linked.

Technically, if you are native to the system, it's your system.
Being in control is a different story - but your faction is in there and you can support it or abandon it.

It would not be the first time when people dont like the neighborhood and abandon their newly placed PMF...
(There was rather recently case when a PMF was inserted in a system where local owners (non-pmf) were actively supported by a player group bigger than the supporters of the new PMF)

how long did u try? it is 14 mils population there, u need try real hard with many people. Even full carrier delivery of illegals will change a little.
