I needed to land this before 20:55 to improve to 10 stations, so close...
How you get up to 15 I've absolutely no idea!
Watch Alec's (and the other) videos one page previous. It's a mix of training, ability and luck.
And of course a complete disregard for your own or indeed any other ship's safety. Guessing from your picture, you're still much too cautious. Full shields, full hull, and 31 seconds from docking request to entering the station?
I now get why BBRing is soooooooooooo addictive, manged to post a semi decent 11 stops, (well pending judgemen), not quite up to pro standard, but who cares, havent had this much fun in system for a long while, but alas time is againt me this evening, but tomorrw is the weekend, plenty oif time to improve.

Hi! I'm back to take my 7th place!
I managed to run a couple of runs... one in Regulation and one in Unlimited! (quite crappy both)
... the portable workstation is getting old and the GPU is not up to the task... full of stuttering (like 0.5FPS) in some parts.

Unexpectedly, out of the blue, an intent to race.
Regulation Cobra, "Random Attempt". And it stayed true to the name.

I thought I was about done with my Regulation Class runs until I managed to improve again and bag a 15 stopper today. Then I rewatched my submission video and realised I could save a fair bit more time if I managed that elusive perfect run, possibly up to a whopping 45 seconds. Shaye is only 43 seconds away from me too.....
Sigh.... If I wasn't already addicted to E D enough, I certainly am now. Even the missus has started to take an interest in the leaderboards, not that she has much choice with me waffling on about them all day.

Life intervened last night, but today I managed to get round the course a few times. Unable to beat my posted time though, but fun was had colliding with things, including @Bruski who gave me the excellent advice to go fast, and then I'll go even faster! So I brought out the iCourier, and went faster. Which meant I hit things harder...

I spent a chunk of last night trying to do just that. There was the mass locks, overshooting the pads, undershooting the pads, mating with the toast rack ... and that one incident with the jailer I don't want to talk about.

"Hey! I'm up a little early, I might be able to squeeze in three runs before work, since Real Life is an attention grabbing poo-head!"
Three aborted runs, two incarcerations, and one blown up ship later...
Commander Inga Stevenson tried not to blink as a bright light was shone into her eyes.
"Well, milady, it looks like there's no sign of a concussion, though that last crash rebroke your ribs," Doctor Arya Darzi said, frowning at her patient and employer. "I don't care what they say, you really can't substitute nano-healers and performance enhancers for a full week's recovery. Two days wasn't nearly enough."
"I'll rest after the race is over. I've had worse. Between the safety devices and this brace, I'll be fine." Inga turned to her chief of staff. "How soon will the Tyrrany be ready for my next run?" She looked at her assembled racing team. "And why are you all here?"
"Let me put it this way." With a nod to her team, Gyeong Castro raised a kazoo up to her lips, and the assembled crew of Stevenson Whirlwind Adventures played "Amazing Grace."
Including the doctor.
"That bad?"
"We're going to have to go full Ship of Theseus this time. Don't give me that look, you still have the Elegance waiting in the wings for its first Unlimited run."
"Fine... I just find it annoying that my first run turned out to be a fluke."

Most notably they are now working on Odyssey. I don’t own that so I didn’t know they changed the Docked/Undocked events. Thanks to @Epaphus for pointing that out.

An update as we go into the weekend. A few major shake ups in the boards yet again!
I was intending to sit out Storm Eunice by spending the day crashing into space stations, unfortunately a power cut put paid to that plan.
Me just after my first Unlimited Run: "Wait... did I seriously come within seconds of achieving an 18 station run on my first outting in Unlimited?" 
Me after reviewing over half my run: "Wait... OH NO! I missed Aspire Dock the second time around!!!"
Hopefully I'll keep better track of my stops tomorrow morning...

Several attempts today, but unable to better my posted times And then it happened: coming back into Garden Ring, requested docking permission. Landing Pad 1, ok, no probs, elegant loop with backwards half-somersault. And there's a ship on the pad! what?? NPC Cobra just sitting there. Ok, say rude words, cancel docking request and request again. Pad 2 this time, so round I go. And there's a ship sitting on that one as well! More rude words, maybe logging to Main menu will help. Nope, approach, request docking, get pad 2, and there's the ship again. And another one on pad 1.
So after some quick googling, I joined the Buckyballracing PG and tried that. Made my way round the first circuit, things weren't going well so I abandoned the run at Garden Ring and thought I'll try Open again. I'm in the hangar so I can't possibly be blocked... Except I was! The moment I hit launch I was stuck right behind a Cobra again. So I'm calling it quits for tonight and readying myself to get to 13 stops over the weekend.
