The volunteer moderators have been closing duplicate threads and redirecting people to where the discussion might be more pertinent for at least the last six years and probably since the forums started. The proliferation of duplicate threads is a nightmare for any one trying to find out anything useful, OK I admit that point is pretty much irrelevant in this instance.

The volunteer moderators are not part of FDev, I know this because I have never worked for FDev but was approached to be a moderator back when I was more active.

I thought we might see something today too, but I'm really thinking they're holding out for a big reveal at their event tomorrow. After tomorrow we're going to have one of two things. We'll either know whatever the big, flashy new things are that they're planning that they will reveal to the attendees, or we'll have lots of stories from the attendees over how uncomfortable the event was with all the silence. Either one is going to be fodder for the forums.

I doubt there will be any announcements as CM's have repeatedly said that that aren't going to.
At the very least it'll be some like minded folk enjoying some beers and a bit of fun together, I hope they all have fun 🍻

Well I'm off to slaughter some anarchist. I swear that EDO is turning this normally peaceful commander into a sociopathic murdering thief, and that just for some shinies for my suits and weapons. I guess I'll hope for some new communication for tomorrow..

Much as I know this situation from the past, I really feel like screaming are we there yet! But in the end nothing else to do than to play the game (or maybe for some to walk away).
