It's a long time since I applied mine, but I'm sure Paint, pad, and engine detailing for the FC could be appllied anywhere.

No, no urgent need of course. But, if they wanted to offer the services it is inconvenient for them to coordinate traveling back to the bubble and then back to their station. My guess would be that they would wait until their time is up and the new FC would possibly have those services.
My guess is no, however if they add the flower shop that may be an add in module in which case im sure you will need to be.
Just guessing at the moment though.

Oh and please fix commanders phasing through each other but npcs being solid. Pls give commanders hitboxes to not be able to just ghost through each other. We arent telepresence so give us solid bodies
Perhaps they should fix first the problems with the performance, therefore some urgend needed features which aren’t works correctly should get an bug fix.

Still a pain, but I think this might be a better solution than joystick gremlin and vjoy.
Thing is, NPC's won't ever collectively decide to form a blockade across the lifts, or pioneer/frontline because they think it's funny

Just be aware, you'll need to update firmware on your VPC devices, which will mean you'll need to redo your keybinds, tho.
Best solution to that is the ability to draw weapons in concourses.
