We have a handful of things that are Tier 1.
We have nothing that is Tier 2.
Most is either placeholder, or Tier 0.
Tier 4 is considered finished.

So, all those videos CIG did showing off their awesome face capture sessions and how they created "realistic" faces never actually happened?
He did clarify later that there had been no face capture for the SoO, although how he would know that I have no idea, and if you are doing a lot of face capture why wouldn't you do some for a major upcoming event? I mean this is supposed to be a big thing right? You want it to look good for the players and reviewers, but of course that doesn't really matter, people just keep throwing money at them no matter what crappy content they produce so anything will do!
