Your dream small exhibit pack!? : What would your choices be?

Ants please!! Ant colonies are fascinating!
I mentioned this in another thread, but the problem with ants is that you'd realistically need a few million of them to fill an in-game exhibit, and in the past Frontier has said they wanted all their animals to be 'individuals'. Imagine trying to adopt two million ants!

Ant colonies, beehives and termite mounds should be props with animations then, but it would be cool to have them in a way or another.

I agree, but the statement by Frontier was made in response to that exact idea - at the time, we were talking about prop butterflies so we could simulate butterfly houses.

Given that exhibit animals are largely prop-like anyway, I assume 'individuality' refers to having a name, welfare requirements, and being purchased from the market, regardless of whatever else it might be.

Edit: I've always thought a good compromise would be that you place the exhibit down pre-built and pre-filled and keepers still have to tend to it.

To a degree, though, termite and ant colonies (and other social insects) are better considered as a single superorganism….?

I would love some aquatic small animals like a small octopus and hermit crabs, maybe some fish(aquarium style exhibits in the future?).
Some small birds like Zebra Finches might do ok in the exhibits, especially since we are getting the bigger ones for the fruit bats. Parakeets and Budgies could also work in the new exhibits or even in the current ones.

3 Reptiles: Bearded Dragon, Veiled Chameleon & Anole species with the cute flagging behavior as animation!
3 Amphibians: Titicaca Water Frog, Azure Poison Dart Frog (and hopefully we can combine certain species in an exhibit!) & South American Horned Frogs
2 Small mammals:
Naked Mole Rats & Sugar Gliders
2 Insects:
Giant Praying Mantis & Atlas Moth (they mostly just sit and rarely fly. Perhaps the best Moth/Butterfly to add to the current exhibit system)
1 Arachnid: Golden Silk Orb-Weavers

I am hoping for 2 new mechanics for exhibit animals:
1) Something like a colony feature in which we can house ant colonies or bee colonies (maybe even the naked mole rat) which function in-game more like an education item than a real animal, if that makes sense? It's just a place able object and a keeper needs to tend to it.
2) Mixed exhibits. I really hope that in the future we will be able to place for example different poison dart frogs together in one exhibit or if we ever get butterflies for the new walkthrough exhibit, that they can be mixed as well.
