I hear you, I have been into optus for the last 3 months, last time was this morning, I told them I want to speak to a senior tech, here in Australia, hopefully I will get that call, but in saying that, over the last few months, they claim there is nothing wrong on there end.
next problem, the microstutters as you roll left or right is still there, I cant understand why FD are not fixing it properly
Also as of a few minutes ago, got disconnected, something to do with there server...............................Again

The question is why this issue is not fixed since game was released forcing people to manually replace files, i do not know any game client/installer that has similar issue over the course of 2 years...
