Do you have any image/link of what an albino/leucistic boa should look like Vs what the breeders are calling albino/leucistic?They are neither albinos nor leucistic.Yellow and reddish for example boas are amelanistic.Amelanism is a seperate colour mutation.The established terms that breeders use -such as sunglow or snow white- are actually just made up colloquial terms and don't have any scientific background.

Ah, I couldn't find an photo of a boa of what would typically be considered albino - pure white with red eyes. They seem to be either yellow tinted, or have the wrong colour eyes.Albino and leucistic boas are pure white,the difference is just in the eyes.If the snake has yellowish or reddish body parts paired with white/cream etc. then it's amelanistic.
I think you didn't quite get what i meant,i was just referring to terms like sunglow or snow white not being scientific terms or even some own kind of mutations.
Sunglow = amelanistic
Snow white = albino,leucistic
Here is one of my new treasures![]()
Luck also plays a big role. Especially the albinos appear at owners who know how to make many out of one animal. In our discord group whole breeding lines are already extinct, because the owners didn't want to be helped. It is interesting that animals that are very popular in Asian countries already have albino forms with best values. The best animals are online at night from my position. So exactly at the time when people come from work in Hong Kong or Tokyo. So, they have developed a real passion for breeding. And that's really impressive.
You seem to breed a lot of albinos so figured I'd ask you: I just bred 2 albino parents together and got a normal baby.
Is that intended, or some weird buggy shenanigans? The other babies have all been albinos, as you'd expect. Was quite confused when a normal looking baby popped out.
Yeah the cats all seem to have stable populations going (except the poor snow leopard who sadly seems to be missing a variant). The Siberians were rare ,but I've been selling my spares the last few days and seeing a lot more going around on the marketplace. I actually prefer the Sib. variant skin to the Bengals, those brown stripes and pink toe beans are just too adorable.That's some luck now and then. Both halves must be transferred so that an animal can also become albino when cross-bred. This is really annoying for some animals when they have only a few offspring, like grizzlies and tapirs. After helping to establish stable gorilla and tiger populations, these two animals are really annoying. I already did tapirs quite well and swapped some with other players. But with the Grizzlys and chimpanzees it always fails because of a lack of normal colored animals that have good values. Oh yes and with giraffes I also just stabilize the values so that they can be bred well further. Seriously, I love this game. Despite all the problems.

Just to confirm: at this moment, when you buy an animal with a white icon it IS actually an albino?
I really like this Crocodile.
Is this a Piebald Bison? I've only seen Icons of completely white Bisons on the Market. This confirms that a Animal can have more than one Color-Mutation
