Sorry I missed this earlier. I'm not sure about including too much game/immersion breaking stuff. You can actually get under the city at A.E.B City (already on the list) and in fact, I forget exactly where, but there's an inside wall on all large circular planetary ports (somewhere between the large and medium pads iirc) that has no hit box so you can actually just fly straight through it. Thanks for posting tho', I'll go and check yours out at some point (bit swamped with race stuff right now).In case you ever were curious on what a large planetary station looks like from below the surface, Alar is a Zeus placed on the edge of a 14km deep crater, and it's terrain modification has ended up leaving a small gap between the walls of the station and the ground, so you can even fly under the planetary port with a medium ship.
System is called LHS 3702.
Here's the documentation of everything you can and can't do from underneath. Was gonna put screenys here, but this thread has all of them.![]()
Interesting, I'll add this to my personal todo list and maybe include a generic "interesting system" entry for all the water worlds and earth likes so people can check on it opccasionally. So after building 7 chained systems I was able to finally claim Col 359 Sector FB-N d7-62. This is a big system comprised of 6 stars so a lot of travel between the planets. There are limited colonisation ground slots but lots of space slots so I will be able to build there but will need to plan accordingly.
Why is it special? Aside from the 6 stars, there are 7 water worlds and an earth like world. Atm there is just the Oceallus station but I'm thinking to go Tourism/Agriculture to build a large population. I'll be building out a neighbouring system (which in itself is very nice) to supply my future colonisation needs so it may be some time before I add more stations but I have that on my side now the T3 primary port is built.
Amazing! Have added the system to the list and will definitely visit. What are the cosmetics on those Coriolis stations? Is it Silver Blue and Copper Grey?HR 5332
This star system contains 2 triple systems, each with its own very tight binary. Flashbang:

The B-A binary is contained within the first F-(B-A) triple system, the other triple being B-(G-M). The system was jokingly dubbed "Trillionaire Corona" since you can observe all 3 stars from the stations orbiting them, and after the CMDR behind it. Currently the first triple is orbited by 5 stations.

The G-M binary on the other hand is so tight, the class M companion passes through the (stationary) construction site orbiting the class G star, rendering it perpetually inaccessible. The neighbouring construction site which I placed just today seems to be in good working order.

The issue hasn't been fixed since the ticket was submitted, so I'm not holding my breath. I did my best to convince support to preserve the orbit, even said "please" and pulled the whataboutism trick by bringing up Mitterand Hollow. In all honesty, it would be nice for once if this system could hold onto its charm and let CMDRs dock and stay aboard the station as it drifts through the star's inferno.
There are also some ringed gas giants in the system, including this wine purple one, whose outpost was named accordingly.

Interesting. This is clearly Silver Blue ..Silver Blue and Clinical Yellow.
The lighting has a huge impact. Close to the star you get heavily impacted by the spectrum. one of my silver and blue is silver and teal because of the orange star but further out from the star the lighting chills out more and the same skin actually starts looking silver and blue. So it's more of a your results may vary.Buyer beware on that one I guess?

.. but this doesn't look like Clinical Yellow at all ..

Another paintjob showcase ... really nice example of what the Silver Blue Orbis can look like, especially when it's orbiting an Earth like world.

No Prospero's Abbey in there yet?HIP 55377 dedicated to Edgar Allan Poe.
I'm not observant with cosmetics or good with screenshots but this station is usually lit and looks good. I am assuming that's an added colourEDIT: oh, and if anyone's paid for station cosmetics and has well lit stations showing off what they look like I'd quite like to feature a few more of those.
