We're getting another one and then we'll try ahain in HIP 14909

Apparently, the UL activation did work, but I was the only one who didn't see the line.

D2-33 or D2-29 are the best candidates I came up with for the second group. Both have an error above the 0.05% treshold though:

D2-33: +0.2%, -0.2%, +0.3%
D2-29: +0.3%, +0.1%, +0.3%

Reproduce the UL activation line in enough different systems, far enough apart and we should be able to triangulate where it points.

I think it's definitely pointing to the settlement in the system. I've managed to get a friend to help me with it, and when I played the Mel 22 Sector system signal it pointed to the Mel 22 Sector system site.
