Anyone else had their thrusters and life support go offline by themselves when searching a planet.

I'm just having one problem with my ship after another on this planet.

Not yet but the night is young. What planet are you on?
If it's synuefe xo p c22 17 d1, I'm in that same system.

Just getting caught up. Sweet LORD that's a lot of landable bodies. At least the Formidine Rift folks knew which rally planets to check!

IC 2391 Sector GW-V b2-4 seems to have the fewest of the batch. Has there been a suggestion to focus there until we find a second ruins site that might confirm what patterns to look for?

No :(

I don't know what you mean with "reverse tidally locked" but the planet from ruins number 1 isn't tidally locked https://i.imgur.com/xOVqJ3G.png and also there is a common misconception of what a tidal lock is. Objects which are tidally locked still rotate and don't always face the same direction in the sky (except from the north and south poles of course). Tidally locking means its rotational period matches the orbital period so always the same side faces their parent body. Only when the view is centred on their parent body they seem to not rotate.

the moon with the first ruins isnt tidally locked, it faces its parent body every half orbit, but it also has an axial tilt of around 94º so its always facing that way when going around the parent body.

I've also just found out that if you go to the original ruins and look at the arrow that the ruins make, it points towards all the other 4 systems (around 68º heading of the moon)

I'm on c3 and I'm hearing weird stuff the normal game music quit a while ago and this is all I have had from 10, -45 to 16, -45 sounds like a distorted robotic crow

hey are you saying you have the music turned on, and it stopped and this new thing started?

It might be easier to hear this by when the music stops than when the weird sound starts (cause its a periodic randomized kind of ambient sound)

Well, its way passed my bedtime, my scribbling lines all over the known ruins maps hasn't led to any insight so far, time for me to drop it for today aand sleep.

Good luck folks.
