Allow the dropship harness to be a module

Giving the player the ability to also drop multi-crew members onto a base would be great. Being able to quickly fly in and drop a squad to start a heist would be a lot of fun. The ability to hot drop an SRV would also bring in a lot.
Being able to coordinate an extraction as well would be sweet as well. Either having an item that you can deploy on the ground that the ground forces could hook into and be picked up, like a balloon with a cable the ship could snag, or having the ship able to hover with lines to hook onto and be pulled up without landing.

I get what your saying, make precision piloting useful in service to space legs - a good suggestion. Just got to work on the visualization. I do like the thought of the Dropship being setup for a squad of players fast-roping to the surface (fast-rope being a relative thing in low-gravity).
 
Some kind of small skimmer/drone could probably work enough to get the rope high enough to be snagged, or some kind of rocket system that works longer on Low-G planets since it doesn't take as much to keep a line up in the air. But I think some kind of Fulton recovery system would be neat. maybe even something that could be set up before things kick off as it takes a bit of time to set up.
