AMA Question window was only open for ONE HOUR!

what would we rather?
no contact at all, complete silence
regular contact through a variety of means/ways with both good and not so good results?

personally I'd rather the latter, the forum has gone from dead to a buzz of activity, over the last few months CM's have been praised and vilified, they get some stuff wrong, they get some stuff right. Much better than getting nothing at all.

Anyway, my hope is that the AMA sessions will evolve into something more meaningful or is just turned into a chat session with the CMs, giving us a direct link to the game, the problem with the current process is that there is too much expectancy.

AMA is a total joke "no plans" "Stay tuned" "we'll look into it next year" "we don't have commentes for that.." a BOT with pre made answers, that's it 🤣
I don't know what else they should answer.
'Do you plan to add random suggestion X?'
'No, that is currently not planned.'
🤷‍♂️

I agree that most answers aren't satisfying, but maybe that's because we are asking the wrong questions.

To be fair though, I guess it's quite hard to ask the 'right' questions...

a) Questions about random unannounced features: Not working on it, nothing currently planned.
b) Questions about Odyssey: We aren't allowed to talk about it.
c) Question about bugs: We are aware of it and try to solve it, no ETA.

So is the whole AMA thing pointless? Maybe not. Even if it's very unsatisfactory to learn that your favourite suggestion isn't on the agenda, it's probably better to know it so you don't build up any false hopes and expectations. Contrary to what someone said above, it's an anti marketing thing, a hype stopper. We still learn something, even if it's not what we would like to hear.
