Possible solution: Each time ships touch in station, the cmdr who was at greater speed, even if under 100, has to leave station and reenter, same to what happens when tresspassing.
If speed sounds a bit unfair.. make the distance from cmdrs assigned landing pad the deciding factor. I m sure OP was closer to his pad than the fdl during the incedent, and if the fdl was forced to redock, OP would have time to dock.
Let me know if such solution would break anything else...

Well, I wasn't serious about creating a 30+ group, but I do seriously believe that most of the non-roleplaying "for the lulz" player killers are on the lower end of the age spectrum here in Elite. Not a shred of evidence to back that up though, only the feeling that surely anyone who has passed 30 will have found a certain calm in their lives and not feel the need to act out in a game... if I'm wrong I stand corrected, and saddened by the state of man kind!Edit: I am sure there a PLENTY of players under the age of 30 that are jolly fine people! In case anyone thought I meant that ALL younger players were salt-mining griefers

I'd log out and go into a different mode. I've had to do this in the station before when my ship has got stuck on scenery. You'll end up outside the station again when you log in.

Next time when underneath you, push him down over your pad, he will receive a 30 seconds warning for pad loitering and will be destroyed.
I had another experience in CEOS last saturday, a Beluga push my vette and stuck me in the station exit, I received the warning and of course I logged out with only five seconds left. When I returned, I sent a single message to him .... will be waiting for you in Syrius atmospherics, of course he never show up there, and I stopped his easy earnings for a couple of hours this day!

I have been in a few of these in other games or forums or FB groups for drones I am in . . . I am 44 and remember when Pong came out . . no offence or agism intended as we are all individuals made up of different experiences, but in -general- I have had much better fun times with older folks, especially on Teamspeak/Discord. SIGN ME UP BROZ!!
OP didn't say he used task manager. And even if he did, your point is still bad.
Proof of Age is not Proof of Maturity.
I know plenty in the 30+ group who act worse than in the 12 and under group.
