Come join groups trying to free the existing rares, lost by Government or minor faction change. There have been competitions to enter new rares. The rest were inserted by Frontier and have either vanished or reappeared according to the BGS.
Ah, I was just wondering if I could get one for the player group I'm in as we have an in-joke fake rare commodity we like to joke about. Making it a reality would get a laugh out of everyone in the group.
