I am waiting for board partner cards to appear before buying the XT, but I'm dying to see a real world direct comparison (especially with Vega)

Though one suggestion? Would you create a thread for it. We kind of clogged the nVidia thread and I feel bad about it.

Ugh, looking at your board, I get USB 2, and USB 3, but what's up with USB 3 generations? Isn't the whole point of USB backwards compatibility?
I'm a big fan of Asus, my board has lasted over 10 years, however, I have sata channel failures, I believe 2 out of 5 are dead.
