I used weights for sausages, € 2.50 from the hardware store, 20 weights.
now the hotas weighs in total 1.85kg instead 1.1 and it is obviously MUCH more stable!
as you can see from the photos, just unscrew the screws below, open it, and fill the empty spaces with the weights, glue them with hot glue.
just be careful not to place them in areas that make contact with the contacts.
I used the same procedure also for the throttle, even if it is not seen in the picture (sorry).
