It's interesting how people seem to get such varied download speeds through the launcher. Mine always is and always has been capped at 0.18Mb/s

Bits when you talk about active transfer speeds, bytes when you talk about file size

IE: I am downloading a 25 Mega-byte file at 2.0 mega-bits per second
