Changes look good.... but nothing on the crime and punishment? More important the cost of "cleaning" modules from a 200 cr bounty in an Anaconda costing 15 million to clear?

Easy for someone to say that doesn't play the game to be a criminal XD. You get to play the game the way you want. So do we, difference is you get catered to and we get patch after patch to make the way we play harder and harder. Changes in fact that wouldn't even affect you getting murdered since you openly won't come out of your private group and even bash pvpers saying you can't get me in a private group. Enjoy elite carebears we will actually play elite dangerous. The last i checked Fdev was talking about wanting to bring back the pirate aspects of the game and make them better for players that want to play that way. Yet they drive a financial wedge that is going to cost 50x their actual profits from doing so.

Hmmmm, nothing it seems on the C&P issues.

Possibly. There was this little tidbit:
General Fixes & Tweaks
  • Fix for bounty values not always being received correctly

Hopefully that means there will no longer be Fine + percentage of your ship's rebuy for every single crime (including hovering over wrong pad, forgetting to request landing clearance, accidental collisions, etc.)!

The priority x buleprint charge increase is far from enough. It needs to be AT LEAST equal to charge enhanced to be even considerable. Even then MOST builds won't use it, but atleast it would be useful to niche builds.
 
Missions


  • Leftover cargo from a Delivery Wing Mission is now flagged as Stolen for all wing members
  • Adjusted the spawn rate of Skimmers at settlements to better facilitate 'Kill Skimmer' missions
  • Increased the variety of Courier missions that can be generated
  • Fixed an issue where kills by Wing members were not always counted towards a Massacre Wing mission
  • Factions will no longer send you to scan their own Data Points for a Planetary Scan mission
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing mission targets from counting towards an Assassination mission after following a target using a Wake Scanner
  • Fixed material rewards from Wing Missions not being added to the Material Inventory
  • Fixed mission rewards not filtering correctly
  • Wing Delivery and Collect missions are now available

So nothing on the latest passenger mission nerf hammer then?

Initial commodity adjustments to make it more profitable to smuggle goods to a black market
Anarchy factions treat smuggling goods at a black market as if they were traded on the open commodities market for the purposes of the Background Sim

Does the second line refer to prices or just faction status effects? Are black markets now more profitable in general or only in non anarchy systems?

Off topic but given the changes in C&P, security and ATR it would make sense that operating in anarchies would yield more profits in general, than operating in high security (other than smuggling). This would add to depth and emergent gameplay aswell. Is this something planned?

Is it possible to engage someone from development on some ideas? I'd like to propose a couple things that I think would be helpful. I've posted them in the forums and even in a support ticket but have not gotten any response. I think these are things that would be useful. You've touched on aspects of them but some of the things in the game don't reflect 1300 years of technological change.

Where are you supposed to spawn after dying? It put me at the nearest station (no crimes) after I face planted on a planet. I wasn't returned to the last place I docked. Is this a bug or by design?
