One in particular that maybe relevant is there's single panel and it says "former awakened lands news staff" and the image is like six people standing there and it just says "we'd like our jobs back"

at that point in time the game creator had basically checked out and no new anything was being added at all

I tried to make an elite dangerous themed comic using edited screenshots some of my own, some captured from this forum, but I just can't find compelling text to put with it as i wanted it to be more serious and apparently that's not my thought process
