I'm heading back now as well - I haven't been getting enough playtime to finish my trip to the rim, and the credits from the CG look like they'll be too good to miss. I hope that I have enough time this weekend to travel back!

Since there's still lots of CMDRs having a go at the Sag A* run, maybe a week or two's notice before BB8?

I take it back. I wanna be like you, Esvandiary! That's awesome! Knowing how much time you put into piloting and other activities (Steam is spying on you, you know) where on earth and the other 400 billion systems do you find the time to put together your videos? I got some clips from my dive trip that I can't be bothered to string together and they won't even have musical accompaniment or Super Trooper clips. (though they should. Everything is better with Super Troopers.)

Welcome back, Alec! And congrats on 36 mil in exploration data! Ahem... If you'll flip over your bumper sticker and check the adhesive side, you'll see the fine print which explains that by participating in the BBRA* you agree to turn over a percentage of any income to the race... ;)

As for BBR8, as per usual I'm turning to meditation to decide what should happen next.

I've got a pretty good idea for how BBR8 will go down. I will say that it's probably a couple of weeks away to give FD time to shake out the kinks in 1.3, though.

Actually, funny story there. Just before BBRA I finally got the Python I'd been after in the 20% Zaonce sale. Trouble is I had to gut the Wedding Anniversary to afford it so when I decided to do BBRA I had to sell it back again, return to Fat Frank's ModulesForCash shop, buy all my old gear back from him (while he laughed his beery breath in my face) and then spend everything I had left on a big scoop.

Well who's laughing now Frank? I got myself a new Python. Bend over so I can park it would you?

Quick post as I need to sleep.

Made the rash decision to go for it in My Bare Asp tonight as I wouldn't have another opportunity for a few weeks. Things didn't quite go according to plan - once again I was stopped dead by the map. I used a different method which got me to within 4K of Sag A* with no real problems, then the last 4 plots took 45 minutes (including killing the game process 3 times as the map was locked solid whilst calculating).

I ended up finishing at 10:36:43. Sorry Raiko, looks like I only just made it past you. And sorry for being brief in chat earlier - I was trying to type during FSD charges ;)

Over to Drakhyr to put in a blazing Asp time :)

I am going to bed now.

Heading off soon. I don't like being "hostile" whilst pretty much defenseless, but hopefully I won't get taken down by Hudson sidey on my way out of the bubble/bubbles.

Congrats on beating my Asp time, bad luck finishing frustratingly close to two of the Anacondas! Great time though.

I should make it back to the bubble either this weekend or early next week. I'll possibly have one more crack at an Asp time, I've had some very encouraging results from my speed runs, so I think that I'll be able to knock some time off my current best. :)

It depends on when Z announces BB8 as I don't want to self-destruct at Sadge.
