As apparently you need another login to report a bug in the crappiest bugreporting tool ever I'll just post it here. The effect is probably the same anyway.
When you fly to fleet carrier and want to replace a destroyed SRV you get a server error and thus are forced to fly to the nearest station to replace it.
This is all in par with FD's strategy of "farming it out as long as possible" so I'm not entirely sure this is seen as a bug.
Ram Tah's mission is already something unsolvable if you have no access to external tools, why try and stretch it beyond the "screw that!" limit?
