Colonisation allows the fairly unique situation since no powers are native to just retreat everything that's not anarchy and have a stable 3 anarchy power system for farming.

Nice to see that someone is doing that. I considered it but it's a lot of hauling for a system I'd never use myself.

You can pay at IF. If you have notoriety you can turn in or wait and pay at IF. Don't see any problem.
I have them in my system too and doing BGS and missions let me to bounties which I was solving with 3 options above. There's an anarchy owned station in my system if you need it.

Hope you don't mind but I've started a new forum thread to try and highlight especially interesting colonisation systems/stations and I took the liberty of adding yours to the list as it's a really nice example of how a system can be interesting outside of simple visual appeal.

Nearby colony with 3 new factions - created.
Desire to continue - lost :)

But yeah, were it ended:
System Col 285 Sector DP-Y b1-2 has 3 factions that are not present at this colony, it is very close, so any expanding faction should choose this system to expand into.
When this is done, currently present non-anarchy faction can be retreated, moving assets (Odyssey settlements) to the contorlling anarchy faction.

And aaafter that, someone could make Sirius Corp controlling, so that system security would matter.

To go off topic a bit here, how do I upload images like you've done? I mean so they just appear on the screen? I'm using an external imaging site, but there's options for direct link\thumbnail\markdown\whatever\none of them seem to just put the picture in the post if you get what I mean

Just literally paste it. or Attach file and then insert full image.
