That spike made me rethink that i could get Top10 on Massey and top 10% on Torval...
(Although, in hindsight, i could have easily get top10 on Torval and Top10% on Massey)

Had to dump everything in Massey - Inara was kinda off last night, it reported 2030 tons for lowest top10, but the limit was actually somewhere between 2650 and 2700 tons - tested by me personally by selling 50t batches

You're not kidding Inara was off last night - and still is. Between me topping up my contribution to get back into Top 10% at 23:00 last night and 06:00 this morning when it finished, a further 30,000 tonnes was added and I was dragged back down to Top 25%. I suppose it's the usual not sharing with Inara by the top commanders, because there it indicates I am still in Top 10%.

Yes, it's quite common for commanders in top10 or top10% - especially in tight competition - to stop syncing their accounts to Inara. At least not until the CG is over.
(obviously is also possible that some of the participants are not signed to Inara, but i'm tempted to think if someone is dedicated enough to compete in top10, there is a solid chance they also have an Inara account)

Caine-Massey Wins Mining Contract​

Pilots’ Federation ALERT
The Caine-Massey corporation has beaten Torval Mining Ltd to retain a mining contract in the Dulos system.
Competing campaigns were waged by the two rivals for the rights to supply ore and mined materials to many local subsidiaries.
Johann Fleischer, vice president of Caine-Massey, declared their victory:
“We wish to thank the large number of pilots who delivered bromellite, samarium and gallite. Thanks to your hard work, our contract has been renewed for another decade. I like to think that we have also secured the honour of the Federation by stalling the Empire’s plans.”
Rewards for contributors to Caine-Massey are now available for collection at Smith Port in the Dulos system.
Torval Mining Ltd also received many deliveries of materials but in insufficient quantities to secure the contract. Constantia Torval has confirmed that the pilots who supported their initiative can collect payment at the Pride of Bitterwood megaship.

Yay, first time ever top 10 for me But mining is one of my favourite activites so it was kind of a matter of honour

And it only gave me a terrible headache at work today as a reward and the top up of about 500 units yesterday wasn't even necessary...
