Can’t access Squadrons on Xbox

Can anyone advise?

I am on Xbox (gold live account and horizons) and I can’t access the Squadrons tab on the Systems Panel.

The button with the Squadrons logo is greyed out on both Open and Solo mode?

I should add that this isn’t something happening just today (can’t access the game for the above obvious reasons) but something that has been the case for the past week

I've had this same issue but it resolved itself so apart from sympathy I have nothing to offer, just thought I'd post in solidarity.

Edit: Have you tried a cache clearing reset of the XBox ?

CLEARING THE XBOX ONE CACHE:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
3. Plug in the power brick.
4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

Thanks Requiem, tried it but unfortunately didn’t work.

Have now resolved it though, it was my privacy settings that was blocking it.

What did you do to resolve it? I'm having the same issue.

You need to relax your privacy settings on Xbox Live. That’s what’s preventing the social features like Squadrons from working on ED
