Well Peter Pan is an Inverted Darkride System. Single Cars, not on a Chain. A similar version of that was built by Translift for Efteling in Droomvlucht. In this case though it is a whole train not single Cars.

Well Peter Pan is an Inverted Darkride System. Single Cars, not on a Chain. A similar version of that was built by Translift for Efteling in Droomvlucht. In this case though it is a whole train not single Cars.
An Omnimover is a track-based ride system with a continous number of cars throughout the whole duration of the track. The cars don´t stop in the station and are loaded/unloaded while the ride is moving at a constant speed. Usually there is a moving walkway running parallel to the cars in the station so that it´s easy to hop on and off.
I guess syncing ride effects will be the biggest obstacle in Planco.
Omnimover rides have no synched Ride events like single Car Track Rides have. See the haunted mansion. The Effects are on a continuous loop throughout the Ride. This is no Problem in Planet Coaster since every triggerable Animatronic or Effect can be set on "Loop" Like they are in those Types of Ride. You forgot to mention the Turntable Stations, but i don't think we will see those in Planet Coaster anytime soon.

You´re right about the unsynched animatronics. I did mention the moving walkway, though. Not all of these rides have a turntable station, most have a straight station.
yes but the same is true (kinda) for the chairlifts. They don't have a moving Walkway normally, but the principle is the same. The ride won't stop. And my guess a happy medium would be not to focus on the detail of the moving walkway, but let guests just warp on the Ride.
While I agree it is most definitely a classic, I don't think it's a necessity to have it in the game.
Because it's "just a slide". But that's me.

Well back in the Day Autopia didn't have a Guide Rail either... but they learned pretty quickly that they needed one
Too bad it's old cars but it's a good addition
