:) I travelled to and bought a Tharg Heart off an FC in the WHN a few weeks ago. Went to the wrong broker back in the bubble. Then the right one. At that point remembered I needed Meta Alloys...having just travelled back past Maia from WHN! So a side trip to Deciat and another FC to buy them :) Then back to the broker for the Bobblehead which is all I wanted. And Ive been playing for 18 months!

Ah, so you managed to avoid all the fun gameplay in favour of lots of driving around .... well done I guess :)

(I dunno - it's nice to have options, but you're missing out on two of the more fun things in the game IMHO)


Anyway - predictions for this week! I think Marlinists again - they're fleeing, could it be another (non-AX) Combat CG? Or Trade to build them new stations? Maybe expanding the bubble? Could even be an exploration CG to find them a home. I have no clue :)

Yep. I feel like the Hudson plot is building up to something, but it's not quite there yet.

I think a salvage or exploration CG may be incoming given we've done at least most of the others - alhough maybe we'll get the 'goids hitting somewhere else instead and we'll get AXCZs in another area?

AX CZ tend to be tied to the Thursday restart - so if we were getting them we would have them by now. If we were getting them I would have expected the Galnet ysterday to be more like "we beat back the Thargoids but it appears that was just an expeditionary force, get ready for a larger attack" (followed by the AX CZ today). Though we know fdev work to make more stuff insertable in real-time, so it might happen 🤷‍♂️

Im pro Thargoid :) so its deliberate choice as opposed to ease.

I have shot one Meta Alloy barnacle once, for Felicity back in the day and I wish Id just visited the site and bought it. I have ignored all the other barnacles every single time. (if there is a hidden rank with the Thargs, which I doubt but if there is, Im on the right side of it I hope:))
I have multi-crewed scouts but not been given the recognition for it so put that down to a bad dream and it didnt happens, I havent killed any Tharg ever.

And I aint starting now just for a bobblehead, so I just bought them yeah.

Tharg skimmers I massacre, thats the weak point in my argument, but hoping they arent little Tharglets. Everything else I just study / watch / observe / experiment / run away / die quite often.

Sometimes I go to a barnacle site and its all just destroyed, every single barnacle, not one left for the creatures that made them. Its like looking at any ther human destruction, its pitiful and unnecessary...for what? Credits earned easily elsewhere.

If we'd studied the barnacles as long as shooting them we'd be able to grow our own by now.

Well, a considerate BH may want to park the FC 1 system over so food deliveries that need the FC space can get in and out...
