Opportunity missed: Permanent anchor in the Tionisla shipyard...My dentures determine the amount of playing time I have for this week, and other games are much easier to play due to my meds, than Elite. A fringe case, to be sure, but many of Elite's players are older than the average. Something Frontier might want to consider, by making us want to spend money now, not in a year we might not live to.
I want to buy a ship kit (now that i've broken the duck on arx). But sobering up that frontier had the gall to spin a schedule delay as caused and even requested by the community has really turned me off. I have definitely been impacted by the statement made in the original post.

You can use steam credit, thats what i use. (login to frontier store and link your account, go to the arx link from frontier store, and log in with your steam account instead of your frontier account. if you have more than one frontier account and only one steam account, you can unlink and relink the steam account and it works instantly). This is for old accounts, not sure how the new ones work (worst idea ever for multiple accounts that was).

That is a bit dated thinking about it. Make one up? I haven’t got any mail from them yet. Though I completely understand how extending graces to frontier is a little challenging atm.

Or just use their own address mailing address. Then if they do anything nasty (and then make a forum post claiming you asked for it and they're doing you a favour) there won't be any problems.

Didn't seem to want an address to provide a digital retro thargoid hologram to go on my dashboard(s) so you should be safe to reinvest one (1) "free" ARX into that, if the offer is still available. I already have a PO box but that's not the point. I deliberately use cash to buy Steam credit for it's (apparent) anonymity.
The only reason I can think of for this move is to conjoin a physical address with activity on the forums so they can start sending out link tax invoices if the EU ever figure out how to enforce their new rules, at which point I'll happily trawl through every single post and un-link them, and probably delete the account.
The game was good enough to invest over 11,000 hours in, but not enough to be bullied.
