Console Profile Copy Process - Live Now!

Anyone else having issues accessing their transferred save? Game's trying to make me start over from scratch despite no errors from the transfer process and Inara showing the correct data for the account I transferred to.
I've already submitted a ticket, just curious if anyone else is having similar trouble or if it's just me.
 
I also have so much money I'm not going to decommission my PS4 carrier but it doesn't have a shipyard or outfitting. Will my PC account's ships and modules end up on the nearest station?
Can't answer that as I have shipyard and outfitting installed. I know that's the case when people restrict access to their carriers etc. So ships and/or modules might stay aboard or migrate to the nearest station as per normal.
Not sure what else they might do which is why I put the facilities aboard.

Mine did this, I thought it was a problem but then I exited to the options menu and clicked on "Skip Training" and viola, I was all loaded up with my console save and everything came through exactly as it should.
 
Well, mine was (somewhat) a failure. I managed to get my xbox cmdr onto pc, but i can't play Odyssey on it. When i log in via steam (where my previous pc cmdr that i deleted was), however, I have access to Odyssey, but it prompts me to create a new cmdr like nothing happened. The stupid thing is, both of these is using the same Frontier account, so i didn't transfer to the wrong email. I've already submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything back yet.
I paid for Odyssey through steam, i launch the game through steam, why can't i play it? I take it there's no way to ask for a refund at this point is there?

In the same boat... I transferred to email 1, but my steam account is linked to email 2.

I've asked frontier to unlink my steam account so I can relog with my new Cmdr

I think that will be what I end up doing too. Better to install the modules than have to put a ticket in because my fleet's disappeared.

Open a support ticket and FDev support will sort you out. Just try to explain them your account situation with all the required details
(it seems to me you maybe fumbled the accounts - both should not be using the same Frontier account)

the account that i transfered to was a different account than the one i moved off of thats what makes mine weird and the account on my epic games was locked while the transfer was happening so idk and when it was done i just didnt have odyssey

I get it, but only FDev support will be able to sort you out, hence me advising both of you to contact them.
IF the response times are 24h, there is a chance you'll be sorted out by tomorrow

Apparently, if you made an account via steam or epic, you have to log in with that account (just click on the icon and follow whatever steps it gives you) using that link. Then, you will have the option to unlink that account from steam/epic. Then you go back, and log into the account you transferred your console save to THEN link it to steam/epic. DO NOT log in with playstation/xbox, that is not required.

didn't fix mine but im glad yours works.
 
My transfer from Xbox went smoothly, but I did wait in a queue for about 45 minutes to an hour before the transfer started.........We all good now. Finally able to fly my corvette in VR for the first time.
 
Seems to have transferred most my years of grinding. Spent most my Arx on stuff beforehand and got new toys to play with after I upgrade a new desktop and flight stick. I will miss playing on my Xbox but I want them space legs that are way overdue!

Hi that's interesting, me too. I also can't figure out how to link my frontier account to Epic games as that link button is no longer on the Odyssey launch page. I'm on GEForce now on series X.. its a nightmare trying to navigate Edge! Ah well was worth a try..
