As you were alerted to last week, the Console Profile Transfer Portal re-opens today!




Our anticipated time for this to take affect is from approximately 12:00pm BST at the following link:

K, Sally, I have a good question for you. I did a Wealth transfer last 2022' June and had since cleared save on both pc and ps4. Created a new ps4 commander a few months ago, Can I copy my ps4 commander over to pc still?? Because I have 6.3 Billion credits on ps4 and now no longer have a pc save.

ive just cleared my save on my pc, but its saying theres still a commander on my account. does this take a little while to register, or should i just open a new account?

Thank you Kind Sally! ;) I'm going to wait til Thursday however because my ps4 fleet carrier is pending decommission and I'll need to buy a new fleet carrier on pc when I do transfer over. Hope the portal will still be open then, It was said it would stay open.

Oh gosh yeah, definitely not going to open it now and then suddenly pull it as soon as Thursday. If there is any mention at all of the portal being closed again, we'll let you know in good time. There's absolutely no news on a closure date to report o7
 
I may have a problem receiving emails from Frontier. Was there an email sent out announcing this? If so, I'll submit a ticket.
 
Go to your profile and click on preferences. There you'll find options to get emails from frontier.:geek:

Many of us unsubscribed when it turned out that FDEV were tracking us reading the email by using the links for the included images. (If your email client blocked images in your emails then you got the same newsletter sent to you again etc...)

I suppose similar high-junks are going on with the needing to enable marketing cookies to see certain content on FDEV web pages (disco scanner, galnet, etc)

Can confirm the process is not immediate.

I'm encountering the same issue. I've opened a ticket.

UPDATE:

It turned out I only wiped the LIVE version of my PC commander. There was a LEGACY version of him too that I had to wipe.

Upon doing so, the transfer process went through without a hitch.

Are you saying you are recieving an error message that says invalid copy? ..Just curious and thought I'd translate to help you. I come from Canadian/German Heritage.
