Just FYI, here's changes that are made to custom .binds files when modifying them after the April 2019 update:
There were no changes to device mappings (how the game names input devices) so there would not be any issues with previous setups breaking, and "MouseGUI" is still emitted twice making strict evaluation of the document harder than it should be.
- New binding "GalaxyMapHome" (unassigned by default)
- BuggyCycleFireGroupNext, BuggyCycleFireGroupPrevious, OpenCodexGoToDiscovery_Buggy and PlayerHUDModeToggle_Buggy, copied from "normal" ship controls
- ExplorationFSSEnter is now emitted in a different position in the XML file but remains unchanged
