Data cleanup efforts throughout the galaxy

I'll take Eoch Byio AY-B c16-1084 and Chraisuae IM-V e2-791 ... they're on my direct flight path (y)
Have entered everything into my bookmarks, I am way out here near Schigneia VQ-J c23-0 , so I am doing that then heading in the direction of beagle point to get Greae Byio BL-V d3-9 and Nuwo FE-E d13-3, I was looking for a reason to go out that way again ;)
I've just scanned Flyooe Eohn LJ-W b48-0 3 for you, I was in the vicinity :)

Thanks guys, sheet updated!

Both these systems have now been re-scanned and should be on EDSM now.

Oops, something weird happened. The -star- still reads as uncertain type and with bad data.
mpfj, is there a chance you might visit the EDSM discord, give a shoutout in the 'cleanup' channel and give them a picture of the star's data? There's some guys there that could manually fix the database. Or give us a picture of that star's data here and I'll do the legwork if that's too much of a hassle.

Thanks for the idea. Something I might do with my explorer account when I've cleared out my weekly max400arx submissions of previous exploration data. It'll take a couple of weeks, but then I'll be out with the broom too.

Last week I started to go to saga* for the second time after doing so in 2015 because I finally want to visit beagle point. While doing so I am revisiting all water worlds and earthlikes I found on the way because I forgot to reactivate verbose logging after a patch right before I left the bubble. So I have a 6 months gap in my logs. Exactly in this gap I went to saga* thinking everything will be logged. How wrong I was.... but how do I know where they (ww, el) are? I made screenshots.

Soo.. Im going to check out the m 17 sector system. I am right in front of this sector still at the beginning of my journey.

Hmmm strange.

I'll grab a screenshot tonight and see how far I get on the discord channel.

Good to see you are still “cleaning out the Dreck” Lance! Just thinking aloud - but with EDSM largely considered the “goto” repository of ED body info - it would be cool if there were a “galactic coordinates office” or something at FDev that could import - say on a biweekly basis - a list of bad data systems - and have them become part of the game mechanics...Specifically I was thinking they add a “Universal Cartographics” tab to the Codex screens - and then list all the systems in that galactic region...Getting real fancy: if it showed the distance to an “EDO” (erroneous data object) then - I think lots more Cmdrs would be happy to detour 500-1000 Ly when they are checking out the Codex for that sector...And give either a Codex Bonus or “moar ARX” as a reward...

Thanks for the compliment SpaceTrash67, but since this is us having fun with the third party tools, obviously FDev won't do anything in-game with it. :)

We're still having fun sweeping through bad data. I'm glad so many folks are pitching in! Keep it up folks!

Thank you Alkibiades... Now if we have anyone headed on the Colonia Connection, there's a ton of systems roughly between the bubble and colonia that could use a visit with EDMC. ^^

Another fun project! Question: I have not used Spansh before. How long before that search page gets updated?

Thanks! Sheet updated... And I'm not entirely sure myself bsmith. Two weeks to a month is my guess. I'm saving the dates we update coords so I can actually find out for sure. And I'm not even sure it's regular.
