Wait for what? The CG text said everyone gets access on the 26th. The top whatever percent just have one placed in storage automagically.
I'm at Herbert Silo in Lardhampt system, as indicated on Inara, but the stabilizer is not there. Yes I know it's an optional internal in it's own category.
And I tried the rescue megaships. My computer monitor was also turned ON at the time. Don't @ me.
Thought the stock might have depleted so I've been surfing surface ports with military economies. Also checked Jameson Memorial, closed game and launcher.
Feels like a cache issue, like how a system won't get the tick unless I stop looking at it for several hours and Inara often has more current info than my game.

For FDev to sort it out. Looks like a bug or something. The CAPI return looks like it is on the market, but you can't see it.

So all three stages were achieved, yet they only gave one class 3, when it is mentioned in two different stages.
They have given multiple items from each stage in the past.
They have had the community complain about this in the past.
Do they get different people to work on the CGs and there rewards or is it an oversight?

There is something wrong with CG stabiliser - can't store it or replace it. No problems with bought one.

People were ******** about the necessity to have the experimental hardpoint limit changed for years. Nobody cared about the xenoscanner before finding out that the Thargoids indeed know what instant aggression is, after the second attempt to eradicate their species. People are finally getting the means to bring more experimental weapons, as they wished, but of course, that's not important anymore and now they want something else. This is so typical for this community it makes me cringe.

So, you can put your outrage and pitchfork down and I can explain. I understand that people have been griping about not having "enough" AX weapons on their ships. I am a relatively new player to the game. I have not finished engineering, I would like to help with the xeno war. I can not hit anything in a combat zone with the fancy new weapons. If you can't find the problem with that you may want to reflect that first before you make yourself look silly cause you got mad.

Yes I know that part, what I was expecting was two class 3 Weapon Stabilizer, as two tiers of the CG mentioning them were achieved.
They have done this with the other CGs when the item is mentioned at two tier levels, two items are given as the rewards.

Class 3 raises the experimental AX limit to 5, class 5 raises it to 6.

Rescue ships have them. For unknown reason Glorious Prospect sell class 3 but not class 5 EWS.
