They change actually a lot in the UI. For details have a look at the last Supercruise stream, there they show the changed Outfitting UI and talk a bit about the rest. Not fixing the crappy new UI design then?

Yup! Gotta give credit where credit is due. They seemed to have made good changes to the outfitting UI and some QoL changes to the system map from what the stream showed. Something will be bugged when it releases tomorrow for sure - as is the spirit of Frontier - but it looks fundamentally better. They change actually a lot in the UI. Put back Store Multiple button and flipped the switch to Store as default. Color me rainbowy amazed. They change actually a lot in the UI. For details have a look at the last Supercruise stream, there they show the changed Outfitting UI and talk a bit about the rest.
I think it's a good change, the more visible data etc. Sure, just my opinion, but I like to be fair. The UI will be changed for the better in my eyes and besides all grudges I canPut back Store Multiple button and flipped the switch to Store as default. Color me rainbowy amazed.
True. Who is this Suit sitting on all the information we want and not letting anything out???Arthur, with the best will in the world, a road map was promised. Given the current climate, is now the time to not deliver on promises?
That’s because they’re all pouring through the hours of amazing details to read in the dev post that was going to make us all really happy at the end of the month. I’m sure they’ll all be back online soon. It's all great!
BUT
That's not enough ... At this rate, the covid will have disappeared from the planet before reaching a suitable result ...

Nicely sidestepped...
Again, if it is so easy, and the perceived value is literally $100's of millions to a studio releasing something that 'completely works' there is a shortage of volunteers...
But, of course, it is easier to berate Frontier than do the job oneself, isn't it?
True. Who is this Suit sitting on all the information we want and not letting anything out???
I want to know:
1. Will there be Thargoids on foot?
2. Will there be new SRVs?
3. Will there be base Buidling? (as we see all those vehicle and building schematics in game)
4. Whats in that 10 year plan that was spoken about during the "Beyond" panel at the Frontier Expo?
- will 1, 2 & 3 come when console launches?
- did everything change? if so because of what and to what?
- will i ever be able to fly through clouds, land on grassy planes and go submarine with my ship?
- will we ever be able to fly into the atmosphere of gas giants?
- will we ever be able to land on lava- oder waterworlds?
This was not the time to talk about Bugfixing.
I have great appreciation to the incredible task of building an FPS shooter on top of an Galaxy wide and incredibly detailed Space Simulator. This is truly an outstanding achievement. All you Devs can be proud of that. I have a lot of fun playing Odyssey. I love you guys and want the game to succeed, as we all do.
But as it seems, some guy/girl in charge at Frontier, does not like to share any future plans. Or he/she likes to surprise us. Alright, keep some secrets to surprise us on updates. But please show us the grand scheme of things. - Or is there no plan at all ????????
Is this a joke or what? One of the main features of the dlc is broken and devs still have no clue how to fix it when it should've been ready more than one month ago when they cashed all the people money???Planetary features that appear to repeat (https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/34834)
- We understand this is an important topic within the community. As mentioned at the start of the article, we want to share the challenges as well as the positives. Investigations are still ongoing, however, it must be said that this is proving to be a very significant technical challenge. At the current time we do not have a workable solution. BUT, investigations wi

All this honesty is killing me..Well, we wanted them to be honest.
Sadly, no, that's not quite correct. They poked at it, in a few more places. This is a repeated pattern in Fdev's adjustments - instead of making a systematic interpretation, it's poke a bit here, a bit there, and say "there, it's closer!" Last time I went trawling through the change log, at least 1/3 of those I could verify had this property. Nudged, not fixed. Same thing for all those paintjobs that get their colours adjusted instead of restoring their material properties, and that's something they take actual money for.Improvements to lighting - We fixed it!
So, after years of telling you how broken the "issue tracker" is, here's the played up update: You looked at several of the issues inside it. Not at the many issues preventing people posting issues. Yep, more than Elite is broken.Issue Tracker
Another area we like to keep an eye on is our Issue Tracker. This allows us to see and measure the key issues within the community, as voted for by you. We know that many of you are keen to have an update on the top issues. So we’ve listed out the top five items below and given some direct thoughts and feedback on each one of them.
Interesting, perhaps my comments were a little complex.Frontier made £16.6m in 2020.. Hardly the 100s of millions you are peddling?
I don't blame the honesty of the post (CM can't be blamed at all) but the dishonesty of the released product.Well, we wanted them to be honest.
