Hayo Zookeepers!

It's time for another discussion thread! It was lovely (and very inspiring!) to see your favourite builds from 2021 in our last discussion post!

Before we get started, as always, remember that this is a place for us to all enjoy chatting as a community. Please do keep in mind that these threads have set topics and refrain from discussions outside of that or they will be removed by the moderators – but don’t fret! We’ll still be keeping an eye on the rest of the forums for your feedback, suggestions, creations, and more!

So, without further ado:

What is your favourite animal in Planet Zoo?

As some could tell from my profile pic, its of course the jaguar. Ever since you guys added it in the SA DLC i just love this mighty cat and i cant stop building for it!

Okay, I know I’m in a minority here but I love the Llama so much. Always have a heart for domestic species and this one is just a great one to have!

California Sea Lion ! I was so happy when NA pack was announeced and when I read sea lions were included. They are so funny when they are sunbathing on the shore. And their pups are just adorable, I could watch them for hours, amazingly animated and modeled.

Ooh now that's a tough one! I'd have to pick two - the Binturong & the Pygmy Hippo, they are adorable! Although (if it stopped moonwalking & levitating hint hint) it would definitely be the Clouded Leopard!

The Dall sheep without a doubt, I just love making mountain exhibits for them to see them climb around and hear their baaahs, and the babies are adorable <3

In my local zoo i saw one animal, the ONE animal...THAT CLOUDED LEOPARD!!! In the game is amazing! Definitly SA pack and NA pack are my favourites!
And i like 3 more,that are amazing: The cassowaries, grey seals and california sea lions!!!

I would actually say, melanistic lions (even if the lions definitely need a rework), lynx and maybe the ibex...

I can't make any zoo without a beautiful Southern Cassowary !!

I mean, look at this beauty !!

The occasion to say : hey Frontier, more birds would be sooooo cool...

Soooooo hard to choose only one but for me it probably would be a Reticulated Giraffe!

Ohh, such good choices so far! I have to say, the Fennec Fox has my heart, but I'll always have a soft spot for the Eurasian Lynx because of Lumi!

There’s so many i truly want to call my favorite, but really its no contest, its the Giant Panda with many close runner ups

Our history has been complicated, but definitely the polar bear! Looking at how it started and how is it going now, this animal has had a special place in the game, It's also my favourite animal in real life

In addition, I want to mention in second place the red kangaroo. It looks awesome, and the animations of that animal are outstanding: how it jumps, how the babies come out the pouch, how it lays on the floor, how it scratch its side...

My love at first sight with this game is the Gorilla, such magnificent creature ever created to a sim building game,also Polar bear the greatest land carnivore ever

I think the clouded leopard, although I also love the bears, especially the giant panda.
