At this point an all birds pack is the only way to get a decent bird roster.

For what i consider basic and essential for decent bird representation we are still.missing: rhea, turkey, grey crowned crane, pheasant, duck, stork, ibis and pelican at the very least.

Let's say at best we have two packs left, at worst one. At best both packs features 1 or 2 birds (with the very likely chance of none at all). There is no way that with just 3 or 2 slots for birds we will get anything close to satisfying. Specially when the possibility of one or two of those being another penguin or flamingo.

Personally I think this would be a great pack, but I’ll be very surprised if we ever get anything like this.

I think it could be possible to have two packs not dedicated to birds give us good bird representation. But that would be like we get two animals packs and both of them would be 3/7 birds. So 6 birds in 2025. I don’t need to necessarily have a ton of birds to think “alright, I can live with this”. The problem is we still aren’t there yet.

My only hope is Barnyard was a surprise long requested theme, maybe birds might get lucky.

I have a theory that because frontier didn't gave us a bird in the zookeeper's pack, in the next pack we could get 2 for compensation. I think the secretary bird is going to be in the next pack+ and oddball bird (kagu have grown on me, so that would be my pick) or an easy to do one (waterfowl or the rhea). But that's just a theory with no base, but a good one.

Once again, with respect I feel like I’m in the opposite boat. Frontier just doesn’t seem to like birds as a whole, the way they choose pack layout they favor mammals. A pack like wetlands, where we got a habitat bird, reptile, and even a unique mammal or two is a thing of the past. At least as far as animal packs go.

Maybe we could get something like Oceania, but I don’t see Frontier making an animal pack 3/7 in favor of birds. It is what it is. Which is why I have to use mods.

I see another situation like oceania. One "easy" to do bird and a bird that requires a unique model of it's own, the rest mammals.

I mean, im a dog lover myself, and would absolutelly trade the African leopard by a Bush dog or crab-eating fox and the pallas cat by a bat-eared fox or jackal, thing with the coyote however is that of everything in the tabble for a Americas pack, it's easily one of the least desireble animals mainly compared to birds, monkeys, coatis, musk ox, walrus and the akins, alongside with the south American canids already mentioned.

If they actually add the coyote at the end of the day, then i would just be sitting with something a might never use.

If it bombs massively and goes under frontier's expectations. Will this effect Planet Zoo due to financial things.
