DLC pack theme not researchable

Alright, really struggling here. Only just today realized that during the whole time I've been playing planet zoo, my South America theme has never shown up in mechanical research. All my other downloaded DLCs are working fine, and so is the SA pack - up until that point. I am able to access all the items in sandbox mode since all the themes are automatically researched, so I do have all the items properly installed and working in the game. I simply can't get them in any mode other than franchise. Haven't been able to find anything on this issue even after searching for about an hour, so I'm hoping I can get some help here.

That's really strange...did you submit a support ticket? Since you definitely appear to know how the whole "mechanic research" thing has to be done, I will assume it's some kind of issue in your game files...
