The dlc might be whats on everybodys mind, but tbh i dont really care about it.
Besides south america the game is fine animal wise as it is rn and i expect any final pack to be a neat pack that wont be able to fix the gaping holes that opend up over the last few years. The lack of primates and birds just simply isnt something that any one pack can fix or even put a bandaid on, so aslong as the pack wont be the literal worst animal pack they ever made im most likly gonna be fine with it and tbh i would allready see any pack that delivers on the baboon, tree kangaroo and pelican a great pack, no matter what ungulate and carnivoran hell the other animals are.
But what interest me much more then the final pack would be the final update, even if its most likly for a different reason then most.
While another big feature could be cool, especally if its adding more customiseability to the exhibits, most idears floating around really did not catch my interest as it just adds another thing on top of instead of something that well integrates into the current gameplay. Sure hotels or cars could add something interesting, but they are anything but a gurantee to change how we think about our zoo layout and stuff.
Instead what im really looking forward to is the last batch of quality of life changes, things like toggleable hitboxes on objects, more flexicolor, better performance, population management for habitats like we have for exhibits, fixing of some of the last bigger bugs, etc.
Thats where imo a last patch can really shine to make this game even better in the longterm and to ensure people keep playing it for a long term instead of just a one and done feature like hotels
